Our traditional Hellmi syrup or as Wibine
The traditional hamburger syrups are ideal for sweetening various foods. The light syrup gives e.g. Pancakes a wonderful caramel taste. The dark cake syrup gives gingerbread or biscuits a unique flavor through the balanced combination of tart and sweet ingredients.
Invert sugar cream (formerly known as artificial honey) is a mixture of sugar and glucose syrup with respective proportions of flower honey. The orange wibine has a share of 20% and is ideal as a spread for the Sunday bun. The blue Wibine is a classic baking ingredient in the domestic kitchen, but also in bakeries.
